This Privacy Policy explains how Lion Pride Financial LLC (“Lion Pride,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use leads.lionpridefinancial.com and our related account areas, marketplace, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with a person or household.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, username, email address, phone number, business information, mailing or street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
- Account and Service activity: login and access records, searches, saved reports, preferences, cart activity, purchased or assigned leads, interactions with records, and other actions within the Service.
- Transaction information: orders, subscriptions, billing details, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored in the lead-management area.
- Communications: messages you send us, support requests, marketing choices, unsubscribe activity, and delivery records.
- Connection and usage information: IP address, browser or device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, dates and times of use, and diagnostic or security records.
- Lead and submitted information: records, files, notes, images, contact details, and other information that users or data sources submit, make available, purchase, save, or update through the Service.
Where information comes from
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and from public records, data providers, business partners, payment and other service providers, customers, and other users. We may combine information from these sources where permitted by law.
How we use information
- create, maintain, verify, and secure accounts;
- provide leads, appointments, reports, orders, subscriptions, and other requested services;
- process payments and maintain transaction and business records;
- personalize searches, reports, preferences, and the user experience;
- provide support and communicate about accounts, purchases, security, and changes to the Service;
- send marketing or new-record reports when selected and manage opt-out choices;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
- analyze, maintain, and improve the Service and our business; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.
Lead marketplace notice
The Service is a business marketplace for lead information. Lead records may include names, contact details, property or business information, images, and other information obtained from the sources described above. Those records may be made available to authorized customers as part of the Service. If you are the subject of a lead record, you may contact us using the methods below to submit a privacy request. Access to or use of a lead record is also subject to our Terms of Use and applicable law.
Cookies and similar information
We use cookies and similar methods to keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, understand use of the Service, measure performance, and support marketing where permitted. Some are provided by companies that assist with analytics, communications, advertising, or other business functions. You can use browser settings and any consent controls we provide to manage cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
Account records and email choices
Different parts of the Service may share or update account and contact information so that registration, profiles, purchases, and support remain consistent. Marketing-email consent is maintained separately from required account and transactional communications.
Marketing and new-record report emails are optional. You can change your choice in your profile, through the preference or unsubscribe link in an email, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary security, purchase, billing, or account-service messages.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information:
- to authorized customers as part of the lead marketplace described above;
- to providers that support payments, hosting, communications, analytics, data services, fraud prevention, security, and customer support;
- to affiliates, business partners, and professional advisers for legitimate business purposes;
- when you direct us to disclose information or provide consent;
- to comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, investigate misconduct, or protect rights, safety, and property; and
- in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of a business or its assets.
Providers may process information only for the purposes permitted by their agreements and applicable law. We do not sell an account holder’s registration or profile information for money merely because that person uses the Service. Lead records offered through the marketplace are treated as described in this policy.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Service, maintain transaction and business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, our relationship with you, and legal or operational requirements. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may update certain account details and communication choices through your profile. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may also have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided;
- opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
- appeal our decision on a privacy request; and
- receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, contact us by email, phone, mail, or our contact page and clearly describe your request. To appeal a decision, reply to our response and state that you are appealing. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and we may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law allows. We will honor legally recognized universal opt-out signals where required. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Other websites
The Service may contain links to websites or services we do not operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices, the Service, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required.
